Help!!!! How to confirm the cic have recieved my application!

Nope they did not confirm if they received it.I called again and I was given different info that they were just working on application sent july..but I have feeling that I have to believe the first agent I spoke to.maybe there was just a delay on their side so let's just wait patiently..

I mailed my pr application: 1st November 2009.
They recived it : 6th November.
Process started and showed it CIC web site: 19th January 2010.
Still in the same place.

Binoo, Did you found it out online or from calling center? I just checked it online but there is still nothing.
 
By the way, I have my SIN card and health card expire on April. What I should do if I do not have my open work permit?

Hello!! I sent my application more than one month and haven't not heard back from CIC yet. I just wanted to confirm if CIC received my application. I called 1-888-242-2100 but seems no option to contact an agent if I don't have the application number. Can anyone provide the phone number to contact CIC and which option should I choose? Appreciate your help.
