So guys i have paid my first semester fees to centennial college through on 7th jan 2016 i was waiting for the fees receipt its been almost 1 month now college didnt send me any reciept so i. Sent them an email for enquiry the replied me with this "

If the payment was just made please ALLOW 5-10 Business Days for the money to be received before requesting a receipt.

If the payment has been made and it has been longer than 10 business days, the request will be sent out to Accounting Department for a checkup.

If the payment TT does not include a STUDENT # then the money will not be deposited, please ensure this information is listed.))))

Im so confused guys my bank says the money has been transferred from their side and college got the money because my bank gave me the copy of the receipt which shows the money has been transferred. I think when the guy was filling tt form for payment he didnt include my student no. Anywhere i dont know whats happening please help
 
Hi,scan the copy of letter given to you by your bank that money has been paid and send it to college requesting them to recheck their accounts and advise them the bank has made a clerical error and not mentioned your student number.
