I approached an agent who is living here but he claims his whole family is living in canada, he said he has three store workers visa, each for --lac Pakistani. He said he will arrange sponsor visa for me from the owner of store, visa will be off 3 years.

he said give me 1000$ advance
4 pics
1 ID card copy
1 Passport color copy.

is it fraud? should i give him 1000$ for processing?

This person is definitely a fraud...dont pay any money ....be careful when dealing with work permits..
