help for supporting documents for work experience from seniors

Hi friends ,
I am in the process of submitting documents to visa office new delhi,what supporting documents should I attach for work experience. I have the following documents.
1. Appointment letter
2. reference letter containing details as per the visa office requirements.
3. business card of immediate controller.

Now some r saying u should attach salary slips also , I am working from 2002 to present which salary slips should I attach . I am thinking of attaching one months random sal slips from year 2005 to 2010. Is it ok ? seniors already applied please suggest .
I am not having IT return form (form16) will it do without this.

The documents u mentioned from 1 to 3 are enough to show your Employment.

If u have additional papers like salary Slips or Form 16 that are add ons but not required.

Though I submitted all including Salary Slips and Form 16 for current Company.

Documents submitted or which you will submit as per the checklist makes you file complete. Sending additional makes the claims stronger. So send payslips for March 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007. This would be the best. If you do not have then send the last 3 months. If you do not have Form - 16 then it is not a problem, but you should have it for you personal records.

Docs mentioned in 1-3 are good enogh

Salary Slips and form 16 are optional and if you want to send the salary slips may be you can attach last three months Salary slips. Since it is not a mandatory requirement you will get different opinion from different forum members

salary slips of last few months is ok...
generally on slary slips. date of joining is there, alongwith Designation.

Hi Dear,

I just sent my full docs on saturday i.e. 08th May, 2010. Initially I was also in impression of sending all th salary slips of current employer(Working since May, 2006) but I was advised to send for last 01 year salary slip only alongwith the PF statement for all the year(one each for every F.Y).

Your salary slip also show your date of joining with org.

Minimum you can enclose last 03 salary slip and maximum last 12 months.
