Below are my job responsibilities:

Help design effective content by applying adult learning principles

Conduct Training and client services including new hire, refreshers and remedial training sessions

Conduct soft skills training to groups of employees via in person classroom training, web-based / virtual classroom delivery
Deliver training sessions utilising various methods like classroom based training, e-learning modules, videos, virtual instructor lead training (VILT), demonstration training method (step-by step process) using commonly used cases and scenarios

Design training outline and facilitators guide for effective and systematic training delivery
Work closely to design and update training modules and e-learning modules (content development)

Identifying Training needs and designing training plans and curriculum

Draft and observe assessments and certify employees for next level of training (on-job training)

Providing guidance to employees to define their career paths

Managing Internal training projects

Conduct Train the Trainer session and guide and assist junior Trainers

Create an action plan and provide individual support to trainees who need additional support during their learning journey

Can someone please suggest a relevant NOC code and confirm if I can be eligible for a PR based on the above roles and responsibilities.
