- Providing operational and technical advisory support, in consultation with the central team along with day-to-day coordination of the assigned teams.
- Undertake regular visits to all the assigned cities to ensure the smooth implementation of the education programme.
- Monitoring education programs, analyzing classroom transactions and identifying potential roadblock/challenges, ensuring project quality, and work with colleagues in devising course corrections.
- Reviewing and improving academic programs and curriculum by providing recommendations to the teams assigned on teacher’s training, field operations, classroom management, syllabus modification and worksheets creation.
- Designing, facilitating and organizing different training programs for supervisors and teachers as per the modules and requirements.
- Administering the timely delivery of stationery items such as printed content, pencil, eraser, abacus, etcetera and was also responsible for overseeing the quality of the material used in the classrooms.
- Assisting the finance department in auditing and analyzing the education program budget of each location allotted to her.
- Participating in various community meetings to create awareness about the program.
- Designing and developing Math curriculum content, worksheets, teacher’s guide, group activities for Gyan Shala Delhi and Ahmedabad programs.
- Participating in various in-house training for gaining better understanding of prevalent educational pedagogies.
