HELP for creating profile

Everyone who have created their profile i need help to create mine. now i am currently working in canada with one year of experience and my employer is ready to provide me with a letter.

While creating profile IN INTENDED WORK IN CANADA - it is asking me do i have a job offer in canada -YES or NO. i dont have a positive LMIA so what should i choose while creating profile
