If your institution is listed in Designated learning institutions list then you are safe. Go ahead and apply.
Here is the link from where you can check whether your institute is among Designated learning institutions or not: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-institutions-list.asp

Opzz... Sorry, I couldn't get it.
I though you are apply in some private university that is in Canada.

Ammm.... You completed your education from some private university.
There is no where written that one must complete his/her previous education from some government or semi-government university in order to apply for the visa. So nothing to worry here. If the institute where you are planning to take admission is willing to give you admission on your previous academics then embassy won't be having any problem with you private institute (from where you completed your previous studies) at all.

For further safety measures, you can attest your degrees/transcripts from some your known government attestation department.

A quick result about sunrise university shows this info under UGC

The Sunrise University-Alwar is recognized by the University Grant Commission and is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Institute.

The Technical Programs offered by the university are accredited by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

In order to know more about the University, refer to its official website:

www.sunriseuniversity.in

However some Rajasthan universities are know to give sham certificates e.g. Janardan Rai Vidyapeeth. Now I am not sure how genuinely you wrote your exams considering you did you graduation very late (no offense) hence it may raise a red flag in the eyes of visa officials. Honestly your best bet would consult a decent CIC authorised consultant, say chopras, canam, etc and let them do your paper work. Your IELTS score need to be top notch to offset any age/education disadvantage or atleast try to get 6.5. Canadian education visa is not very expensive to apply around 10-12k max including vfs. Hence you can defo take that chance.
My other concerns are you are married with kids. How are you going to support your family while in Canada? I undst PR is your main goal but Visa officials may suspect based on your background .

The 2 important truth is
1) if your are not a genuine student, you will abuse the system and will either get rejected during visa applicaton or would be deported if you dont attend your classes.

2) If your age is more than 28-30+ and with family to look after, its honestly not worth going to Canada.

....my age is 31.... ielts is 7....my wife is working...and my parents are also here..

Than I guess go ahead. Take up a 2 year PG course (biz mgmt) and take services of a CIC consultant.
I would really recommend going through my profile as your case is pretty similar to mine.

i think u shouldnt show M.E..... to strong ur case..

I have included M.E. while taking admission in college.

Does it create any problem ??

is that make any difference if i include masters, While searching for work after completion of course??
