i am nominated for bcpnp under regional business category and i have received my work permit from the canadian embassy. i now have to go to canada to establish my business there before i can apply for permanent residency.
how i want to bring my son, who is dependant on me, with me while i am there.
my son, age 30, has been a full time student since turning 18 and is currently pursuing his education. i want to know, can i bring my son as my dependant along with me, since he has never worked, he is dependant on me financially, he is currently still studying.
i know that according to definition he meets the criteria for dependant child, since he is over 22 years of age, but he is still financially dependant on me, and he is full time student.
but i would love to find out if there is anybody else who has done so, and what documents are there required. also is it an easy process.
