My wife and I will be applying for CEC next year on May 6th . We are planning to apply as soon as my wife gets her CEC ready as Administrative Assistant. That will be on May 6th 2020 because she started on May 6th 2019. I almost finishing my CEC as line cook next January. We were calculating our crs score and it's 502 point but our work permits will be expired on June 10th, one month to have a chance to get the ITA and apply for BOWP. So questions are:
1) with this score can we be invited in less than one month?
2) I was working as a line cook 7 months and I got 1196 hours but unfortunately the restaurant has closed so I started in a new restaurant but it's been 25 to 30 hours so can I complete my CEC 1560 working like a part time.

1. Yes, 502 is practically guaranteed to get an invite ( barring any major policy change)
2. Yes, part time work counts for the CEC

Are you including points for having a job offer? If so, what kind of work permits do you hold?

Note that if you were working full-time (30 or more hours per week), you cannot "count" more than 30 hours per week.

If you work full-time, there is no need to count hours, only weeks. 52 weeks = 1 year.

but unfortunately the restaurant has closed so I started in a new restaurant but it's been 25 to 30 hours so can I complete my CEC 1560 working like a part time.

Part-time work still counts, yes. But again, you cannot count more than 30 hours per week.

Thank you for your comment. So according to what you said is that there is no chance to finish the CEC in one year?

???

Not sure I understand the question.

If you work part-time, by definition it will take longer than one year to gain the equivalent of one year of experience.

No in my case. In a normal situation a person who works 30 hours per week to complete 1560hours will be 1year + 1 month.

That is not correct. If someone works 30 hours per week, 30 hours per week * 52 weeks = 1560 hours, exactly one year. That is why 1560 hours is given, to help part-time workers calculate their full-time equivalence.
