From what I know you have to upload ECA, copy of your degree for which you did the ECA and translation (certified or notarized) of the degree if it's not English or French. At least that's what I was asked for by the consultant who works on my application.

If your Education was from outside Canada, then it will be a good idea to combine the Degree certificate and its ECA in to one pdf file.
