Help, file review turned to short hearing!!!??

Hey guys
I just claimed october 2019 and send the supporting documents on dec 2019 for file review process , no news for a year and now just a call for virtual short hearing on late feb 2021, the thing that make me nervous is i cant find any one in real world and in all forums in same boat, i mean turning from file review to short hearing, any experience or advise that why they send me to hearing?
Is it normal?

This is normal although not always virtual precovid. Approval without any hearing is more abnormal although might be more common due to covid.
