HELP!!! Fee in Concordia

Hello everyone!
Can someone let me know what is the tuition fee/ year in concordia university? I used the link on the website to estimate but I wasn't really sure that is the fee for a year or just for a semester. I heard that fee in Montreal is fairly cheap compare to other provinces, isn't it?

I was talking about graduate course which is generally of 2 years... Don't know about undergraduate studies fee
