Help: expired stay in canada

Hello, my parents came to visit me. They were given 6months while entry so they can stay till Oct.2013. But we went to US and the US stamped at the passpor which showed that they can stay till Feb2014. But I made a mistake to recognize it as canadian stamp. Now what can we do to extend the stay? Thanks a lot!

If your parents have been out of status since October 2013 then it is too late to fix their status from within Canada. They will have to leave Canada.

Normally, one is given 90 days after having been out of status, to apply for restoration. Beyond this period, you should leave Canada.
