Help! Date of Refugee Claim Acceptance for Citizenship Application

Hi all,

I received a positive decision on my refugee claim during my hearing on April 13, 2022, and the letter I got says, " The claims were heard on April 13, 2022, and your claims were accepted. And there is a date under the page "April 29, 2022."

Could you please confirm which date should be considered as the official date that my refugee claim was accepted for the purpose of calculating physical presence for citizenship eligibility?

The date is stamped on the first page, don't risk using the date of decision as you didn't have the Notice of Decision with you on April 13, 2022. Also there is wait of 14 days after hearing because, if Minister wants to appeal the decision of the IRB after the decision.
