Hey guys - I am in desperate need of your advice.
I sent my passport for final stamping to CPC Ottawa office ( after I received PPR) with the usual process of sending one pre-paid envelop for them to send the passport back to me after stamping.
And now they ( CPC Ottawa office ) sent the package to an incorrect address !!
I got to know this when I was trying to track my prepaid envelop through Canada Post tracking. The package is now being sent back to the sender i.e. the CPC Ottawa office after no one was available at the incorrect address to receive the package.
Has anyone been through this? How Do I get my paasport back ? I sent an email to the CPC mail id (CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca) explaining everything but I am really tensed.
