Help, Could I change job to another company during implied status???

My Closed Work Permit will expire this April, and I'm going to apply for BOWP now. Assume BOWP comes earlier than PR and by that time my closed work permit expires or is going to expire but I have an implied status, Could I change job to another company during the implied status without new closed work permit? Thank you very much. Waiting on line desperately...

Unfortunately no - while on implied status your old work permits conditions are still in place, including the employer.

If you open permit comes through prior to PR you can change employer no worries.
