Hi Seniors,

One of my previous company will not provide a reference letter with duties and responsibilities.
They will only give the basic information.
However, I could contact my manager at that time to give me a personal reference letter which provide the necessary details.
In this case, do I need to make it an formal affidavit or simply get it signed by my manager and include a name card of him?

Many Thanks,

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Business card means visiting card kind, where its issued by the Company, it has company logo and all the details. Alternately you can also take the ref letter in official email with all the details included.

Do you mean "business card"?

Thanks
yes business card, which company has issued to your manager. If that is not available or your manager has also left the company then letter of explanation can work. Explain the situation.
Also ask your company to give it on mail that they can not provide roles and responsibilities, use that mail print as proof in your letter of explanation.
