I have a question, if my country does not have any specific requirements, do I still select box 6 of the IMM5589? Would that mean that I have checked and I don't need anything? OR do I just do not select it because there are not specific requirements?

For our application we just printed it off and attached it with the app and tick the box. We also put a post it note "Country Specific Checklist" just in case they are wondering what is that for. To make it easier for them, you can organize the sequence of your paperwork according to the checklist. Best of luck!

I checked the box just to acknowledge that I read it and that I checked for country specific requirements. I didn't have any either. Probably not a huge deal either way. But I checked the box and it worked for me.
