help!!! CEC rejected....

We dont have similar timeline. We do NOT have same Noc, nothing is same.
Only VO is same.
I got my gcms notes. It has time , date, note, vo code. As i review it carefully my file closed in just 15 minutes. No other VO reviewed it.

I read your past posts. Dont worry you have different VO. You will be fine. As your case still in process.

Hey, did ur gcms say further review ? I really don't understand what is the standard for vo seriously... Many people making fake document, they got it.. How about other people who are really working on a high skilled position got rejected

No my application was reviewed only by one VO.
No further review required comments, or any other information about another visa officer who check my eligibility.
If we see all refusal in past 2 months. Who got refusal are having open work permit.

How about on the page 6 on your gcms note ? The eligibility ? Is it passed, recommended passed ?

As my case is already refused. So eligibility status : failed

As i dont think anyone who has (open work permit + visa officer same as ours )got medical in recent days.
I dont know about reapplying applicant. Its possible that second time approve application. But we cant say anything now. I know 2 ppl, who have same letter. But who has close permit got medical (i dont know his visa officer) , and other who has open work permit got refusal ( same visa officer as ours)

u got t4a in school and use it to file ur income tax and get some refund, it is not for employment but for school fees and other expenses incurred during school period. it is not eligible for cec. I got some t4a during school but I didn't use them for my cec application. Gland sorry about ur case, my advice is for u to reapply with whatever they need. I have seen some cases as yours and at last, they got approved. all hope is not lost with good effort.

No, this is not true, this is not the reason you were refused. Sorry to hear about that, esp. after spending money on professionals...

As others have indicated, CIC is not looking for a match between your job title and the NOC, they are looking for a correspondence in job duties (you are correct, your job title is what your employer says it is), and the lead statement is critical. So the selection of the NOC must be based on job duties. When you are able, if you post the duties described in the letter, we can help you with the NOC for re-applying...

You can use the old score report as long as it is no more than 2 years old by the time your new application is received...

That's not true, there is no way u will be refused when ur qualified. The cases of rejection on this forum among pgwp holders are those that counted their work experience bf graduation or those that use their off campus work permit to count their eligibility. Other than that, their job descriptions and their NOC might not match.

Another major reason why most immigration candidates fail in their various application is because most of them didn't discover this forum very early. They only joined the forum after they have made several mistakes in their applications. This forum is a great eye opener and almost all seniors here have acquired a lot of experiences and are even much better than so called immigration consultants. so people should learn.
