(Help!) Canada vistor visa (study permit) no biometric letter request

Hi guys,
I submitted my application for the Canada visitor visa after getting a renewal study permit on last Friday in China. After two hours, I noticed that the status becoming we are reviewing whether you meet your requirement.

However, I still do not receive biometric letter request from the CIC. I received a message from cic after 24 hours but there was no upgrade or letter in my account.

Does anyone have the same conditions？

I have a valid Canada study permit but my visa for entry Canada is expired. I am talking about my visa

So will IRCC give biometric collect letter during weekend ?
