I got my FN at the end of Feb 2019, MEP at the beginining of Aug, I have changed my job and submitted all the corresponding documents to CIC through Web Form at the end of Aug, I got an ghost update on Oct 8th, "profile updated”.
My account still shows the application status as "SUBMITTED", the status, hasn't say anything about the uploaded documents. Nothing has been changed since my MEP.
What should I do? Could I request my PR application through webform?
