Help:::background declaration

Hello everyone,
Just a quick question when is the our background check done. what happens if we made few mistakes in the dependents background declaration.
help please.

Correct the mistakes and send in the new form. Note that you need to have your file number to do that(i.e. acknowledgement of receipt).

BG on document is done after your file is transfered to visa office ...if you have not submitted the necessary document CIC might recommend the VO to ask for the document...yes as per SenoritaBella do the needful....The best catch from my side is that you have to wait for Application number and Unique client number to do feedback with the VO regarding your case..But while doing that may be Vo might take your case as false information provided by you...and you might put your case in hazard...

What if they do not match with each other what happens then.

Second thing I am the primary applicant this confusion is about my husband who is my dependent.
Question will that matter highly and how long will it take for background check once VO gets all the documents.

You have to do your best to fill it out as accurate as possible. Plus, if all the information provided in the first one is true, there shouldn't be discrepancies. In the future, make copies of every application you submit.

You should have print out two copy one for cic and one for reference which is didnt do...
So if you have filled genuine info then no worries....
