Help - Affidavit Gift Deed

I am seeking some advice. My brother gave me 1/3rd of the amount required for proof of funds for express entry. Can I provide an affidavit gift deed to prove that my brother gave me the money and it is not a loan nor does he have any claim on it?

You will need to write an LOE explaining :
Why your brother doesn't need this money
How will he sustain without this money (his ITR and other savings as supporting docs)
