Hi! is it possible to change address once application is sent? does it complicate things?

I'm looking into moving apartment to save on cost. Just wondering if it will potentially delay an application

Thanks!

You can change your address through your eCas once you can access it after receiving AOR. I personally would not think it would complicate anything as you are still in Canada but of course only my opinion.

Has any one here changed their address and had documents send over to the new address?

Yes, me. I moved apartments after I applied. I updated my address online. I had no issues and successfully got my test invite letter at the (then) new address

did you change multiple times ? did it trigger an RQ ? did you also get your OATH invite letter at your new address?

I changed my address while I applied to renew my PR card.
it's easy. just go online and change it.

but for application for citizenship, I do not know.

I changed it once.

It did not trigger an RQ

My oath letter invite was given to me on-site after the interview (that was normal for the Mississauga office back when I applied)

It took about 7 months from when I applied (mailed the application) to when I took the oath
