Help about Stolen PR

Hello friends,

I am in Bangladesh now. I went to canada, Saskatoon as permanent resident on 22 May with my husband.
I came back to Bangladesh again with my husband as he said within 7 days we both would go which was pretence.
He took my pr card and passport. At first he denied to have my documents. Then he claimed that he hasd lost those and stop contacting me.I already filed a general diary at police station.now I want to know if I face any trouble when apply for prtd?
And which documents must needed for applying prtd?

Well first of course you need a new passport if your husband will not return your old one.

Requirements here in link below, no reason really why you should not be issued one as that is what a PRTD is for, people who do not have their card for whatever reason but want to come back to the country http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/travel-document/index.asp

Once someone has landed and is a PR then they have PR status in their own right so once you have sorted out your passport and your PRTD you would be set to return to Canada with or without your husband.

When I had gone to visa centre ,they suggested me to inform to singapore immigration officer what happened.Now if I tell the whole matter to immigration officer I have no proof. so in that is there any scope to face trouble? Do they demand any proof?
I also check for documents required for prdt ,I don't have all those ,submit ing any one of them is enough ???

 Evidence of receipt of benefits from Canadian government programs.
 Rental agreements.
