Help about paper application

Hello to everyone.
I have a doubt.
My current work permit expire on April 30( next Monday) and I will send a papper application tomorrow morning
I wanted to know if I'm going to get the implied status when I send the application or only when they receive it? Do I need to have confirmation that they got the application to be on implied status ?

From your previous posts, your employer applied for an LMIA but was refused, so it would seem that you are trying to gain extra time to continue working on Implied Status. You should know that IRCC got tired of people using that loophole, so they closed it. You don't actually qualify for a new work permit, so when the app is rejected as incomplete, you will be deemed to have been out of status since April 30th, meaning no Implied Status. That would mean that any work done after the 30th will be illegal and would greatly complicate any future applications.

You should apply to change your status to visitor.
