help about filling lcp application

I need some advice. In my previous application especially before coming to canada I declared in my education attainment that my highest educational attainment was up to 2nd year college. But while waiting for my visa, I continue my studies and finished the 4 yrs. course in college. MY QUESTION is:

1. Should I declared in my educational background today that I finished 4 yrs in college, will it affect my PR application? considering that on my previous application I always declared that I have only attained 2 yrs. in college.

you can make a note on the application that you were enrolled/studying at the time your waiting for the result of your application.
