Guys I just have a question about inland sponsorship and open work permit i apply for my wife since September last year more than five months we just got E-mail last week said the work permit file transferred to Etobicoke to process any idea?

IRCC have multiple processing locations where they share the workload so unless someone else knows better doubt there is anything more to it than that.
