am a Ugandan male currently living and working in United Arab Emirates and i want to relocate to Canada as a refugee/ assylum. what are the requirements for me to relocate? thank you for your support

You will first need to apply for and get approved a TRV to come to Canada as a visitor. Only if you get this, can you then come to Canada and claim asylum here.

Since you don't have strong ties to your home country, chance of getting TRV approved are incredibly low.
