When can u apply for work permit extension?
When u accept the ita and not yet sibmitted the application or after u submit your EE application?

this is what i got from cic

You have failed to meet the eligibility requirements for a bridging open Work Permit because
you do not have an application for permanent residence in the system.

i was in the system when i applied like i accepted the invitation.Does it mean by not have an application fpr PR in the system as in I didnt submit all documents yet?

thats why im asking if i can apply for extension after ita but not submitted yet .
plus they also told me i have 90 days of restoration

You need an AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt) to apply for the extension. You get your AOR only after you apply for the PR after receiving the ITA. An ITA alone is not sufficient.

You can apply for BOWP immediately after you submit your post ITA application (and receive the AOR, which happens simultaneously with application submission) provided your current WP is expiring within 4 months from the day you receive said AOR. BOWP processing may take 4 weeks or longer. You can choose between paper-based or online BOWP - no real difference except paper-based application is processed relatively slower thereby giving you additional time on implied status.

So lets say i apply fot bowp and im on implied status i can still stay in canada by the time that wp cones? Even though my WP EXPIRES ON 25th Dec? I can still be in tje country ?
Snd with my job i dont think they will let me work until they say that paoer .

Yes. And continue to work until your application is refused.
