hiii frnds... how r u all.... i wanna ask sum questions abut new rules for skill workers........ actully m in canada..now my status is student.. i came in nov 2013 on study permit. i have 1 year experience in IT.. now m studying computer technician.. can i apply for FSWP...my ilets is acedemic......plz give me ans thnxxxxxxxxxxx

You will certainly need an IELTS in General to apply (unless your French is very good and you do the TEF).

Were you eligible to apply last year??
