Hello good morning! I just want to ask something regarding to my wife situation, she’s been here since 2016 as a temporary worker under caring for children pathway, her work permit will expire this month and we actually submitted our inland spousal that had been received in your office. Can she still work with the same employer even her work permit expired and we haven’t received any email confirmation from your office regarding our spousal application?

You don't need two separate threads for the same question. Your wife cannot work once her work permit expires. You have two choices: file an extension of her TWP (see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/permit/temporary/extend.html) and wait to see if that is approved, or wait until the open work permit you submitted with your PR application is processed, which currently takes about 4 months to complete.

Incidentally, in case you were not aware, this forum is not staffed by, or affiliated with, Canadian Immigration. It is a lot of laypeople going through the immigration process, trying to assist each other. If you want to get answers from the IRCC, you should phone their offices.
