MY NAME In Process

hello Mr qorax help me to explain this status. 2 weeks ago my ecas status was DECISION MADE but after i open yesterday it says In Process but the details below, i was so confused i thought they refused my application and almost 2 weeks now i did not recieved any letter or MR from CEM.do you think they refused my application i need your comment pls.....
