Unfortunately your chances are essentially zero due to your age. You should certainly not pay any consultants any money - they are giving you false hope and taking your money. You should concentrate on improving your career in India.
Your age works against you. You can try for PNP but even then chances are not great.
To be brutally honest your chances are zero if you are trying through Express Entry, you may however try to find a job (which is highly unlikely due to bad economy) and this route has slim chance. There are plenty of young people in the pool currently which is not a good news for you (nothing against you its just your age).
