Hello I applied my asylum case in Montreal in aug 2019 I met girl in Dec 2019 we got married in 2021 February I don’t have hearing yet suggestion pls

Please suggest me what shall I do she wants me to withdraw my case an sponsor me on spouse visa what will be my chances we both were single never married before we both are getting married first no divorce nothing past please suggest us thanks
 
Yes she is living in Canada for last few years but she never apply citizenship she is Pr she came here on skill visa as social worker thanks .
 
She can sponsor to become a permanent resident and you don't have to worry about your claim. They both can be processed simultaneously. The second you become a PR of Canada you can withdraw your asylum claim.
 
Hi I already got my pr confirmation email my wife sponsored me I never had any hearing do I have to withdrawal my refugee case or it will withdrawal automatically since I already got pr please reply anyone thanks and how I get my passport back thx

you have to withdraw it.
you need to contact cbsa or ircc to get your passport back

Hi, congrats! Did you use a lawyer for the refugee claim and spousal sponsorship? Appreciate your response.

I used to for refugee claim but not for spouse visa I am educated to do enough by myself refugees is very complicated situation so I had to chose lawyer but my lawyer have no idea I already got pr I married applied myself I need to tell him soon I tried to call him but he was busy so he still has no idea that I am PR now .

Thanks so much Shoaib could u please tell me how I withdrawal and get back my passport I need to visit my in laws they are not in Canada my in-laws old and sick they want to see me could you please tell me fastest way to get back my passport thanks cos I went personally visited them but immigration is empty there is only one security guard it’s very urgent I need my passport thanks

withdrawl from refugee case will trigger removal order immediately and you will get your passport when you are about to leave
 
I got already got my permanent residence I have applied my pr card also why I can’t withdrawal now?
