No, you can not work on a TRV. you Will need to wait for the OWP if you are applying inland. Any work you do before then is illegal.

That i know its illegal but one of person i know he got work over here but no one knows that he is working illegal is it possible

No one here is going to help you break the law. Working illegally puts you at risk of being removed from Canada. If you want a future in Canada, don't break the law.
