Search for Canadian colleges and universities on googles, find a program, apply for admissions. Then apply for a study permit. You need to show strong ties to Morocco.

Thanks for information but i not have any ties with Morroco I live morroco before 5 years i no have nothing there now I live in Thailand can I apply from here ?

You can apply from Thailand but if you are Moroccan you show ties to that country.
