Well i ordered a note but did not have any idea i need a consent from my wife and now they said thier gonna put the order on hold till april 28 if i fail to submit the consent they said thier gonna consider it abandoned and clear the file or something does that mean thier gonna cancel me sponsorring my wife or its 2 different thing like cancel the order of a note? Im not soo sure nowdays

The request for notes will be deemed abandoned, not the sponsorship. They are 2 separate things.

It's no big deal...just get the approval form signed by your spouse, send it to them, and CIC will release the notes to you.

They are just waiting for you to complete this requirement. No need to wait another 30 days for a new set of notes...besides, you paid for this already.

That just means you have until that date to submit the consent form signed by your wife and yourself to receive your GCMS notes. It is not affecting your sponsorship file. If you do not get the consent form submitted before then, your notes order will be cancelled.
