he can print letter heads for shop on his own cost........
in immigration every one proves his abilities in experience letter.......he can generate his own experience letter...................if there is no phone he must get a connection for shop over there they can call and verify his experience and his presence do not worry about verification visa offices have variety of method to check it out .......at the end he may call for interview ........that's it.......

about letter head and experience letter please visit your nearest composing center they can brief you and assist you ......about job you have to post cvs and google for job in Canada like ........
