select universities with ur desired courses

apply to them if u fulfil there minimum requirement.
(if IELTS/TOEFL is required for admission in university and ur previous institution is not in the exemption list then u have to them any one of them)

if u get admission in any (usually takes 2- 3 months) then apply for the study visa for CANADA.
