i got email from visa office they was asking my marriage document and i scene to send back to visa office still did :'(,t get reply back i don,t know what to do pls any one know help

You will most likely not get any answer back. I would recommend couriering it to the visa office so that you have a record of it being sent. Otherwise there is not much else you can do at the moment.
