My daughter is a Citizen in Canada ,she is turning 16 y/o this coming December, her father brought her to Canada last 2021 and living now with her dad alongwith her step mom. I got refused twice now and preparing to reapply again for the visa so that I can go and celebrate her 16th birthday.
So your family ties are in Canada. Your siblings and mother are not your ties to return. It is your minor daughter who is in Canada. So that is why you have two refusals. Do you have a US visa or ever had Canadian visa? If so maybe try for an ETA.
If you have been refused twice, this means you need to show stronger ties to your home country. Can you show property ownership? What about employment? How long a trip did you request and how much did you show in proof of funds to cover your stay? Do you have previous travel to countries requiring visas?
My daughter is living in Canada together with her dad and her step-mother. I own properties here in our country 2 residential houses, 1 is under contract of lease for 5 years the other one is where i am living with my mother, also I have agricultural land all of my assets are Titled under my name. I own a business a restaurant which I established 4 months ago .And I have also 2 personal bank accounts
