hello i have another question to make would be very grateful someone to answer it
The situation is this:
My wife wants to sponsor her mother to canada she came in canada in october 4th 2018 , for the first time as a
canadian citizen through her father( now deceased ) first generation born abroad .
Her mother was never in canada however she is receiving survivor benefits since husband died this year(Jan 28,).
Can she sponsor her mother next year( 2019) or she must fill up 3 tax years and then sponsor her to canada ?

No - she cannot sponsor her mother next year. Yes - your wife must wait until she has 3 tax years of Canadian income before she can sponsor her mother.

There are no income requirements to sponsor you and your son. She can do that now.

sorry to bother you again but my question ( concern ) is my wifes mother is disabled is there any other possibility to send her a visa or something because when I ( her husband ) go to canada she will be alone at home no one to support her ,
so is there a chance to send her a visa so we can have her at least six months of the year ?
thank you very much for helping

Your wife's mother can try applying for a TRV (regular tourist visa). For the TRV to be approved, she will need to demonstrate that she has strong ties to her home country and has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Note that there is no guarantee the TRV will be approved - so you should have plans for what you will do in the event that the TRV is not approved and your wife's mother must remain in her home country on her own.

Note that as a visitor in Canada she will not be covered by the health care system. She should take out private insurance to cover emergencies. She will have to pay for all non-emergency care herself.
