Be informed we have received your signed Employment Letter which signifies your acceptance to work with this Hotel, we shall commence with all documentation process(VISA) for your arrival.
Your arrival procedures were clearly stated in your employment hand-book, as stated in your employment hand-book, this Hotel management shall be responsible for the process of all documentations needed for your arrival and this also includes your VISA.
We shall work in collaboration with the Canadian consulate general as regards your VISA process.
Hence, kindly forward the following documents to this office as soon as possible

· Copy of your academic qualification as stated in your curriculum vitae.
