I am from Tanzania I'm looking to work in Canada my professional is driver for heavy duty trucks.

Do a job search and find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process proving no Canadian/PR can drive a truck. First, you need to be licensed and would need your driver’s license before you can get license for heavy trucks.

No. You need to get a provincial license.
