Hi I applied refugee claim inland office December 2019
I got my owp after doing my medical test
Now my qs
1- is being on wellfare incase i wasn’t able to get a job affects the hearing decision negatively?

2- claim submitted in December 2019 when do I expect the hearing session ?

1 - I don't know.
2 - It will take about 2 years to get a hearing. Maybe more if COVID-19 lasts too long.
 
Being on social assistance shouldn't have any effect on the hearing decision. What's important is the credibility of your claim. Many refugee claimants apply for provincial social assistance and start receiving it while waiting for their OPW's to be processed. If you are successful in finding employment (which won't be easy during the current Covid-19 crisis), your social assistance benefits will be reduced or cancelled, depending on your income.
