I’ve been in the Express Entry pool for over 10 months with a CRS score of 450 under the healthcare category. Are there any certifications or diploma programs that could help boost my score?

If you have a degree then take a one year program either in Canada or foreign that will give you one year equivalency. You decide on the program based on your education and career path.

You need to assess why your score is so low. For example what is your language score? Assume you have at least one degree to qualify for the HC draw.
