Health profession jobs and no need for liscense

Are there any health profession jobs where it doesn't required License or any exam. like IELTS, paper

Can someone advise us any options in Medical Health realted profession job.

My friend is in Canada and want to start a job in Health sector. by profession he did BSCN Nursing program but its required CRNE exam IETLS and all this.
