We are PR here in Quebec we landed july 2020 we are only 9 months staying here, and we are deciding to transfer to other province like mississuaga. My question is regarding health benefits from the governmnt and drivers. When we transfer are we still covered by the health benefits or we will still need to wait for 3 months to avail the health benefits and about the drivers we have drivers license here in QC , is it just a simple transfer of lisence or we still need to take the test and reregister?

You will need to transfer. As long as you've met the RAMQ residency requirements they will cover you for 3 months until you are given OHIP. When you move to Ontario you will need to go to a Service ontario location to sign up for OHIP. Information is online for location and documents required. Mississauga will be significantly more expensive than Quebec so hopefully you've researched if the move makes sense or secured jobs.
